Include your project name, the URL, the exact error and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps. Remove passwords, tokens and private records before attaching it.
Discord
Use the community for setup questions and general discussion. Keep account-specific details in a ticket, rather than a public channel.

Response times
I maintain the service independently. There is no 24/7 live chat or guaranteed response time. Keep your ticket updated if you find more information.
