Hosting limits
The current standard limits are listed below. A project with a specific PHP policy may have different settings.
| Account file storage | 5 GiB, shared across owned projects (5 × 1024³ bytes). |
|---|---|
| Database provisioning | One MySQL database per project; credential management is owner-only. |
| PHP runtime | PHP 8.1. Check application and extension requirements. |
| Default PHP memory | 128 MiB per PHP request under the default project policy. |
| Default PHP workers | Up to two worker processes per project under the default policy. |
| Default PHP timeouts | 30-second execution setting and 35-second request termination setting. |
| Browser/API upload request | 100 MiB request-body limit. Multipart overhead means the file itself must be smaller. |
| ZIP extraction | Up to 2 GiB expanded content and 10,000 entries per archive; suspicious compression ratios are rejected. |
| Self-service site backups | The current backup helper rejects project folders larger than 500 MiB. |
| New-account eligibility | At least 13 years old, confirmed during signup; email verification is required. |
Shared hosting
Use the service for static websites and small PHP applications. It does not provide a Node.js server, Python backend or permanent background worker. Mail, network and system-execution functions depend on the project policy.
Storage and backups
The file quota is shared across your account’s projects. Keep an independent copy of your work. Project and database deletion is destructive, and platform backups do not guarantee that every deletion can be reversed.
